School day schedule varies among cycles. All students start their school day at 7:30 in the morning but leave dis similarly.
- KG students and Lower Elementary students leave at 1:00 pm.
- Upper Elementary students leave at 2:00 pm
- Primary and Intermediate students leave at 2:05 pm
- Secondary students leave at 2:15 pm
All students go through a 45-minute periods, 8 periods a day from grade 1-12 for nine months except pre-school and lower elementary students who go through 6 periods a day.
Teachers have 8 hours shift each day. All faculty, staff, and students have 3 vacation Terms as scheduled buy the Provisional Calendar.
The Provisional Calendar breaks the school Master Plan into small components and presents them in strictly controlled sequence. It consists of specific dates of major events that take place during a scholastic year and finite set of dates that make up the types of assessments during the same scholastic year.
The first day of school is different from teachers to students. Teachers attend school prior to students. Staff and administrative members commence school on September 2, students from grade 1-3 start school on September 12, students from grade 4-12 start school on September 9 , while preschoolers and KG students start school on September 16.
The calendar then breaks down the assessments into three semesters and three monthly exams. The First Monthly Exams start on October 7, while the first Term Exams start on December 16. The Second semester Monthly Exams start on January 27, while the Midterm Exams start March 31, 2012. Third Term Monthly Exams are conducted on May 1, while the Final Term Exams are conducted on June 16.
Colors in the Provisional Calendar serve different purposes. Yellow color indicates vacations, while brown color indicates exam day dates.
A summary at the end of the calendar describes the total number of teaching dates as well as the total number of scholastic weeks.
